Being just a little over a third of the way through the #100DaysToOffload challenge set forth by Kev back in April
I'm starting to run out of steam a little. I've got a few longer articles on the back burner that I want to spend some more time on, but work takes it out of me. The one thing that keeps me going though is the number of new people I've started interacting with on Fosstodon because of this.
It has been a truly friendly and encouraging community and I am so glad to be a (small and insignificant) part of it. I also think it's important to support things that make a difference to you. Back in May I opted to start donating $2/month to Fosstodon through Patreon. I think that is such a small amount to give to something that has brought me some genuine laughs and entertainment since joining.
Support the good in your life, cut out the negative and worthless.
